I am frustrated with the poor customer service experience I had with Arpit. I ordered food from Panda Express, but the delivery person, Ashley, dropped my order at the wrong door. Despite trying to contact her and resolve the issue, I was repeatedly disconnected and never reached her. When I chatted with Arpit Srivastav, I was informed that I would have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This was disappointing as the money was taken instantly by Uber, leaving me both out of pocket and hungry. Requesting to speak with a Supervisor only resulted in scripted responses, and this level of service is unacceptable considering the amount I order. I believe improvements are needed in the customer service provided, and I would appreciate a prompt refund, as well as a review of the training given to chat associates.

My experience with customer service has been frustrating beyond belief. They have mistakenly mixed up my email account, resulting in issues with accessing my Uber driver account. Originally, my email was [redacted], but due to confusion with my husband's account for tax purposes, I tried to create a new account as [redacted] Despite receiving approval messages, I was instructed by a customer service agent to use my original email, [redacted] After attempting delivery with the new email, I encountered an account issue and was advised to revert back to the original one. However, after allegedly resolving the email mix-up, I discovered that my address had been changed to bunceat+[redacted], rendering it unusable. I'm at a loss for what to do next, as I can't access my account or even contact customer service. This situation has left me incredibly frustrated and confused about how these mistakes could occur.

I encountered an issue when using the app's help section. I selected one option, leading to a partial refund being issued for the missing part of my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to submit a complaint about the food quality issues with the items that did arrive. Some items from my order were missing, for which I received a refund. The items that did arrive did not meet my expectations. I attached a photo showing the products that were meant to be removed. The received chicken royales had incorrect toppings including missing bacon and mayo. I wasn't aware that selecting an option would result in an instant refund and could only choose one option at a time. I paid a total of £38.75 for an incomplete order, except for the drinks. I'm requesting an additional refund from Burger King for the remaining incorrect items. I'm willing to pay for the drinks as they were the only accurate part of my order. Moreover, all the food was cold, and the chips were soggy, unlike my previous orders that arrived hot. I'm seeking assistance in obtaining a further refund for these issues.

I ordered McDonald's through Uber for myself and my grandson at 1:10 p.m. The driver picked up the order at 1:20 p.m. and was supposed to be here by 1:40 p.m. I noticed on the map at 1:35 p.m. that the driver was 5 minutes away, but then the driver's car stopped moving. After waiting for about 25 minutes, I called the driver multiple times with no answer. When he finally picked up, he apologized and said he would be there in 5 minutes, but it took him an additional 10 minutes. By the time he arrived, the food was cold and we couldn't eat it, despite it costing £19. When I contacted Uber, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I contact McDonald's, who claimed it was not their issue. As someone living on disability income, this was meant to be a special treat for us, and it's disappointing that it went so wrong. I spoke to a manager named Mr. Saad Masod, who was unhelpful, and my grandson even had a rude exchange with him. The whole experience was very upsetting.

Dear Customer Service, I recently encountered an issue with redeeming my gift card that I purchased at Kroger in Denton, TX. It seems that someone else has used the code before me, despite me providing the physical receipts and proof of purchase. I signed up for the account the same night I bought the gift card, clearly showing that I am the legitimate owner. I suspect that the card I purchased for $[redacted].00 was compromised without my knowledge. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] or issue me a replacement gift card or credit for the same amount. Today, I had a frustrating experience trying to locate the Man vs Fries food truck. Initially, I asked for directions, but the vendor seemed unhelpful and it led to some tension. After seeking help from others, I found out which truck it was but chose not to go back due to feeling unsafe after a disagreement. The vendor even refused to serve me. I would like a refund for the undelivered food. This has been a disappointing experience, especially after a previous incident where another person had eaten my food. I hope this can be resolved as I contemplate whether to continue using Uber Eats in the future.

While in Orlando, Florida, I searched for restaurants and Canton Buddha appeared as an option in my area. I quickly placed an order, only to realize moments later that the restaurant was actually in Atlanta, Georgia. I promptly canceled the order, adjusted the location, and placed a new order from a restaurant in Orlando without causing any inconvenience to Canton Buddha. It seems unjust to be charged a $20 cancellation fee for a swift correction that did not impact the restaurant. Despite the error, the app still displayed a different location for reasons unknown. My subsequent order was accurately placed with the correct delivery address in Orlando shortly after canceling the initial order.

I placed an order under #DA47D. Unfortunately, the delivery driver named Corvette had trouble finding my location for drop-off. I attempted to communicate with him over the phone, but it seemed he didn't speak English and responded in another language. I then tried to chat with him on Uber Chat, where he continued to reply in a non-English language. Fortunately, the Chat app offered translations, allowing me to give clear directions. However, he insisted my location was incorrect and that I wasn't outside waiting. Despite guiding him through the Chat app and tracking his location, he disregarded the instructions and delivered my order randomly before marking it as complete on Uber Eats. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Hello, I am reaching out about my order placed on March 6th around 1:50 a.m. I ordered from the sushi restaurant "Sushis Murat." I had to contact them twice to find out when my order would be ready because 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, I still had no updates. Around 3:11 a.m., I received a call from the delivery driver claiming to be outside my building. He asked me to come out, although I had specified in my order that I preferred delivery to my doorstep. The issue is not there. The problem is, 10 minutes after I went downstairs, the driver was still not there, insisting he was outside the building when I was already there. I got upset because I had been outside for 15 minutes. The driver then had the nerve to cancel my order and hang up on me. When I called the restaurant, they hung up on me, calling me names. I placed an order for Red Robin through the app for delivery via Uber Eats, but I am now seeking a refund. The delivery driver failed to drop off the order, claiming we weren't home, despite not attempting to contact us or leave the food. Red Robin confirmed my order was returned. Despite my attempts to cancel through the app, it is marked as completed. Uber Eats informed me the delivery was canceled, but the Red Robin app indicates otherwise. However, when I log into Uber Eats with the same email, the Red Robin order is not visible for cancellation. It is now late, and my order is still with Red Robin. I have been unable to find another method to cancel the order.

I am disappointed with the experience I had with Taco Bell. I placed an order at 9:20 pm, which was deducted from my bank account, but the delivery never arrived. After contacting Taco Bell, I was informed their system has been down since 5:30 pm and no orders were being processed. Despite instructing Uber Eats to stop taking orders, they continued to do so. I inquired about picking up my order, but was told no food was being made due to the system issue. I was advised to contact Uber Eats for a refund. Additionally, though I authorized a charge of $30.67, my statement shows $36.90 was taken. I did not approve this extra $6 charge. I am seeking a full refund and wish to cancel my Uber Eats subscription. I request a phone call confirmation at [redacted]. Thank you.

While placing an order on Just Eat, I applied a £30 promotional discount. I decided to order from McDonald's and added items to reach the required amount for the discount. However, upon checking out, the discount did not apply, and I was charged the full amount. I would like a refund for the difference.

I recently requested a refund for a meal that arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. Upon payment, it seems my funds were sent to an old PayPal account I no longer have access to, instead of the account used for the transaction. I expected the refund to be processed back to my original payment method but it was directed to the outdated PayPal account, despite the payment coming from my bank account. It's puzzling why the refund went to a different account than the one used for payment, especially when I've regularly used the app without any issues in the past.

I recently ordered 2 meals from Fresh Catch in Honolulu for lunch on 3/8/22, but unfortunately, we received the wrong order. It seems like they gave us frozen salmon instead of fresh ahi, which was quite disappointing. We ordered online, and the order clearly stated what we requested, so I'm puzzled by the mix-up. When we reached out to inform them, they instructed us to come to the restaurant for an exchange, which is not what we anticipated since we opted for delivery. I was taken aback by their lack of effort to rectify the mistake and their suggestion to contact Uber Eats to address the issue. This type of customer service is disheartening and not what one would expect in such a situation.

Hello, I would like to file a complaint. I placed an order with Uber Eats grocery at Sainsbury's, and my credit card has been double charged, but with two different amounts that were both incorrect. My receipt showed £21.55, but I was charged £27.79 and then £24.49. This has happened before on 28.02.21 when I was charged £10.72 instead of £2.02. I want to report a missing order from Iceland on my UberEats account today. I ordered 2 [redacted]-gram spicy hunter's chicken but they were out of stock. They said they would only charge me £25 for my full order according to the receipt, but I have been charged £36 on my bank account. They assured me not to worry as I won't be charged for the missing items, but I have still been charged. I'm eager to know when I can expect my refund. I recently ordered Starbucks through UberEats for delivery, requesting drop-off at my door. The driver called when he arrived, insisting I come out to collect it despite my explanation of being unable to. His tone was aggressive, repeatedly asking if I would pick it up. Despite my messages asking him to leave it at the door, he insisted I come out. Feeling my security was at risk, he ultimately canceled my order after refusing to deliver the food. The $24 payment was deducted and not refunded. The driver's name was Ernest. I kindly request a refund, as I not only felt threatened but also did not receive my order after being charged.

I used your $25.00 discount for my friend's birthday dinner. However, the food arrived late and was not fresh. Despite reheating, the clams smelled bad, prompting us to dine out. I was assured a refund for the inconvenience. I would appreciate a chance to redeem the experience with a new offer. The delay and food quality were due to Uber's late pickup, not the restaurant. I placed an order on Salamis Grill website in Gants Hill on March 8th for a delivery between 10:40-11:10 PM. Following a lack of tracking, I contacted the restaurant at 11:12 PM and was asked to wait. After calling again at 11:27 PM, I was reassured by the staff to be patient. About 20 minutes later, there was a commotion outside with the delivery driver arguing with a neighbor before finally delivering my cold and subpar food. The conduct of the delivery driver was unprofessional, as he made inappropriate remarks and delivered unsatisfactory food. This experience was disappointing and needs to be addressed promptly.

My recent McDonald's order was canceled by the delivery driver. I was waiting outside for my order but couldn't locate the driver. Despite trying to contact him via calls and messages through the app, there was no response. The driver mentioned attempting to call me several times, but I only received one call. Unfortunately, I experienced issues connecting with him and the Uber Eats network. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and receiving a refund for my order.
