Regarding record locator GXYRVR, I, the travel agent who issued the ticket to P. McDonald, would like to address a flight change issue. On July 18th, Mrs. McDonald had a flight from Manchester to San Jose with one stop in Atlanta, followed by a non-stop flight from ATL to SJC. Due to a flight cancellation by Delta, she was rebooked with an additional stop in Denver, arriving in SJC at Midnight. Despite efforts to resolve this with Delta, given that the ticket is on Virgin stock, we are unable to make the necessary changes. I kindly request to rebook Mrs. McDonald on the non-stop flight from Atlanta to San Francisco departing at 5:50 PM, which would be more convenient for her. As this change is due to airline circumstances, I believe she should be accommodated accordingly. Thank you for your assistance.

I was informed that she could receive complimentary help with early boarding, navigating to the next gate, and similar services. I am in urgent need to speak with a representative. Reference: TPAVS10582 I arrived in Tampa on July 15th, and it has been five days now without my bag. The report shows that my baggage reached Tampa and should be delivered, but I have not received any updates or estimated time of arrival. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from Virgin's customer service. They keep repeating the same unhelpful information, and I am unable to track my bag. This situation has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. Virgin's customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I am having trouble selecting seats for my return flight from Gatwick to JFK. Even though there are icons showing some seats as booked, when I try to select available seats marked with an 'X', I get a message saying, "Sorry about that. This seat is roped off for now." I am concerned if the flight is closed. It defeats the purpose of choosing seats to ensure my group sits together if the system doesn't allow it. Can I speak with a person directly instead of dealing with an automated service that doesn't help? I hope for a more comfortable experience on this international flight with Virgin as this has been quite frustrating. Still waiting for the wow factor...

I recently flew with Virgin from Lagos to JFK with a layover at Heathrow on August 19th. Upon arrival in Heathrow, I encountered an issue with my ESTA, resulting in being rebooked for a flight on August 20th. Virgin assured me both of my bags would be transferred to the new flight, but unfortunately, only one bag made it to JFK. The original flight was DL [redacted], but I ended up on VS [redacted]. My baggage claim reference number is JFKVS25180.

I have booked Departing Economic Classic flights online for myself and my wife from London Heathrow (LHR) to Stewart International (STV) on November 8th, departing at 8:00 pm and arriving at 3:45 pm. I have also booked Returning Economic Classic flights from STV to LHR on December 16th, departing at 8:10 am and arriving at 5:05 pm. I am having trouble selecting seats for my upcoming flights. I made my booking through Capital One Travel and paid an additional fee to choose my seats. However, when I try to select seats with Delta and Virgin, I receive a message stating that seats cannot be chosen with the class of service on my ticket. I contacted Capital One Travel for assistance, but they directed me to the airlines for help. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative at either Delta or Virgin. I recently traveled from Washington DC to London on flight VS022 departing on September 9, [redacted], and arriving at London LHR Terminal 3 on September 10, [redacted]. I would like to address the refund for ticket DSQ9BO that was purchased using my credit card for Juliette Taylor. I am Fidel Boccalon, her grandfather. I have not received the refund mentioned in email RE number [redacted]7 from the Refund Department. I have tried to contact them via email for updates but have not been successful. Please provide a written response clarifying the status of the refund as my granddaughter believes I have kept the money from her ticket.
