I've been patiently waiting for my refund for several months now. The seller I purchased from on your website, Pompeii, informed me that Walmart needs to get in touch with them. They mentioned that whenever they attempt to issue me a refund, your store rejects it. Sadly, I recently had my account suspended because it was believed I was falsely claiming undelivered orders. I've taken steps to protect my deliveries by installing cameras due to theft issues. All I desire is to receive the reimbursement for the items I bought through your website. My order number is [redacted][redacted].

I recently encountered an issue at the store where multiple items were not ringing up at the marked down prices as displayed on the shelf. Despite my efforts, the customer service representative I initially spoke to was unable to resolve the discrepancy. Thankfully, a manager named Cece eventually intervened after I took pictures of the candy items, which were incorrectly priced. However, Cece initially claimed the price stickers on the candies were incorrect and showed rudeness towards my wife and me, making it difficult to address the situation. After persistently trying to show Cece the evidence, she only adjusted the prices of two candy bars out of a larger purchase. I am looking to escalate this matter to ensure it is properly addressed. My name is Jonathan Lucas, and this incident occurred at the store on Barrett Parkway in Marietta, Georgia.

I am disappointed with the lack of basic customer courtesy at my local Walmart in Hartsville, SC. Most of the time, the cashiers ignore customers and don't even greet them. It's frustrating when they carry on conversations with people behind me instead of acknowledging my presence. Having been a cashier and manager before, I understand the importance of providing good customer service. Employees should not be on their phones or chatting with colleagues while serving customers. Walmart needs to improve its training for employees to ensure they offer better service, especially considering the wages they receive. Opening more registers when there are long lines and setting up express lanes for smaller purchases would also help improve the shopping experience. However, I must commend one associate named Alexis in the baby section who was very friendly and helpful, setting a good example for her colleagues to follow.

Has the Walmart in Marksville, Louisiana experienced ongoing issues with its customer service center computers? I recently visited to make returns, some with receipts and others without, and was told by a staff member that the computers have been down for two days and are undergoing updates. I urgently needed the refund for a bill payment and was surprised that the update process was taking so long for Walmart. Could someone verify if the computer system is indeed being updated? It seems peculiar that the cash registers are functioning smoothly while the service center computers are not. I would appreciate a callback. Thank you.

My issue remains unresolved after three years. I have repeatedly tried to get Walmart to honor their promise to reimburse me for the faulty paint I bought at the Forest City store in North Carolina. The manager acknowledged fault and assured me they would fix it. I followed their instructions and submitted the necessary paperwork for $[redacted] compensation. Despite numerous assurances from Walmart representatives, nothing has been resolved. I used to be a loyal Walmart customer, but this experience has soured my opinion. I still shop there, but it frustrates me. There are more details, but I'm tired of being ignored and lied to. Perhaps this time will be different. I believe I should be compensated for the time and effort spent trying to get Walmart to fulfill their commitment. Thank you for your attention. I am Allen Britt.

I was billed three times for an online purchase I made on March 21, [redacted]. I got a message notifying me that the total has changed. Here is the text I got: Your Walmart.com transaction dated March 21 now shows a charge of $31.81. Initially, it was $38.03. Instead of refunding the difference, they debited $31.81 from my account on top of the two $38.03 charges. They claim to have refunded around $23, which doesn't add up. Moreover, they mentioned it could take up to 10 days to get my money back. This is unacceptable as they drained my account, and I cannot wait ten days for a refund.

I have been a member+ customer since December [redacted]. Last month, I had to change my email address and was issued a new debit card due to fraud. When I tried to place an online delivery order, I received a notice saying my member+ was expiring in 9 days (8 now). I am confused as to why I have to start over as a new customer just because I had to change my email and debit card number. I am the same person, Phyllis E Apodaca, and I believe I should not have to go through the membership process again. I recently resubscribed in December, and it is valid until December [redacted]. Please, can you correct this issue? My old email was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted] Thank you.

For the past three months, my debit card keeps getting declined due to supposed address issues or authorization problems. I have used this card for years with no changes to my name, address, or phone number. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, no one has been able to resolve the issue. Every time they create a ticket for the technical team to address the problem, but it never gets fixed. The most recent ticket number is [redacted]5-3[redacted].

I recently applied for a cashier position at Walmart in Canon City, CO, boasting over 20 years of retail experience. Despite missing a call offering an interview, I diligently tried for 8 days to reach Heather, with no success. Eventually, I spoke with Terri, who promised to schedule an interview but failed to follow through. Upon calling back, an employee mentioned Terri was unavailable to take my call, despite my persistent interest in the position. After showing a week of dedication to securing a job at Walmart, it leaves me questioning why anyone would choose to work at the Canon City store. - Sandra McMillen

I have patronized Walmart for many years and made significant purchases. On the 3rd of May 3, [redacted], I placed two orders. I received two texts notifying me that my first order was nearly $[redacted] and the second over $[redacted], but both would be delayed by 2 more hours. Due to the delay, I had to cancel the orders. Later that day, I placed a new order, but it has been 9 days and I have yet to receive a refund on my card. This has left me without funds for food, and my mother, initials B.P., will not be pleased. I am seeking assistance with this matter.

I encountered a challenging situation with an employee at the Hendersonville Road Walmart in Asheville, North Carolina. The employee's behavior was rude, condescending, and dismissive towards me. She declined to look up several items for me and was unhelpful when I requested a refund for double billing. Her snippy attitude and lack of assistance left me frustrated. I have experienced this behavior multiple times, and it's unacceptable. As a retired nurse of 40 years, I expect better treatment. I've tried contacting the store's manager without success. I would appreciate a call to address this matter promptly.

I recently visited your store and purchased Poki Man cards for my grandson. After paying, I realized that one set cost over $44. I approached customer service nearby but was informed that refunds were not allowed for these cards, a policy not clearly communicated except on small signs. I was unable to exchange them either, which was disappointing considering I spent a total of $[redacted] on the cards. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I feel Walmart should improve their customer service practices. As a 64-year-old woman living on disability income of $[redacted] a month, I value fair treatment. Anna S.

I bought a mattress from Walmart's website and scheduled Angi to pick up my old mattress during the same order. Unfortunately, the pick-up was mistakenly booked twice, resulting in a duplicate charge of $[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. Although I attempted to cancel both bookings, Mr. M reached my house and took away the old mattress. After a few days, he informed me that Angi never paid him. I ended up paying him $[redacted] directly. I have not received the $[redacted] refund from Walmart for the cancelled bookings yet.

I purchased this lawnmower online from Walmart.com. The lawnmower is very hard to start, and I have only used it once because we just had our lawn installed. I am not pleased with the operation of the mower. The air filter cover won't stay on, and the rear bag pops off when it has a small amount of grass in it. I purchased it on November 1, [redacted], with order number #[redacted]-[redacted]3. It is not the mower I thought I was getting. It doesn't work the way I would like, very aggravating to operate.

I am struggling to get in touch with a manager at store #[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, the operator is often unavailable, making it difficult to reach any member of management. Additionally, even if I do manage to reach a department, no one seems willing to assist. Having worked as an operator at that store for over 16 years, I understand the importance of customer service. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved and now seems to be worsening. It is crucial that all staff collaborate to ensure customers are properly taken care of. I sincerely hope for a resolution to this issue. Thank you. G. Elaine Seaton

I bought a Straight Talk cell phone on Walmart's website, but accidentally got a Walmart wireless card instead of the Straight Talk one. I won't ask for a refund for my error. The Motorola phone I received could have been free if I signed up in-store with automatic account withdrawal, but I missed that. Now, my Google email on the phone is flooded with spam, causing conflicts with the spam filters. I also didn't think I could transfer my prepaid phone number from another service, assuming prepaid numbers couldn't be ported. Additionally, the phone is acting up, possibly due to settings I can't navigate, along with frustrating AI features. I'm 53 and not a Motorola fan anymore. I want this fixed at the Walmart in Rochester, MN, on 55th Street NW. If not, I'd like a refund or credit. Thank you.

I had a distressing experience during my recent visit to Walmart that has left me unable to sleep for the past three days. I believe I was overcharged by about $[redacted]. The battery I purchased to replace the failing Walmart battery in my car was supposed to be covered under warranty, but I was not informed of this until after I had already paid for the new one. The staff member at checkout did not conduct the necessary testing and procedure for me to receive a replacement battery for free. Despite trying to rectify the situation by returning the old battery immediately after purchasing the new one, I was met with unhelpful customer service and felt disrespected. I am disappointed that I had to pay full price for a battery that should have been replaced under warranty.

My express order ([redacted]-[redacted]7) arrived this evening, May 24th, with four fresh lean ground beef patties and a use or freeze date of today. If I wanted frozen beef patties, I would have ordered them. It's impossible for me to use all four burgers today, and I don't want the inconvenience of thawing them. A satisfactory solution is to either replace them with burgers that have more time before expiration or refund the amount for me to reorder. I am uncomfortable using fresh meat past the recommended time. Thank you for your consideration. - Paul E. Pennell

I recently received an offer from Walmart to complete a survey and get a set of Rachel Ray cookware for $1.99. After being charged $1.99, I was surprised to see an additional $99.95 charge from a company named NI. I promptly contacted my credit card company to cancel this transaction. I am disappointed by Walmart's involvement in this situation and their lack of response. I urge others to be cautious to avoid such scams. Thanks to my credit card company for their quick assistance. It's unfortunate that Walmart appears to be associated with such fraudulent activities. This experience has led me to decide not to shop at Walmart in the future.

I would like to request a gift card to cover the gas expense for the 40-mile round trip I had to make back to Walmart due to an error at the pharmacy. The cashier, Tyler, forgot to provide me with pain medication and another item, and the situation escalated when they claimed my debit/credit card was locked. Despite their request for ID, which I didn't have, it was ultimately a store error. The staff's handling of the situation, accusing me of wrongful actions, was disappointing. Tyler attempted to call me back for the missing items but was not heard. A subsequent consultation request went unattended due to the delay. These issues should be addressed without denial to maintain customer satisfaction. Customer service should prioritize respect and efficiency, particularly considering the payment made. Tyler's limited customer service skills suggest a need for improvement in his role. Despite the challenges they face, such treatment is unacceptable towards any customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Sarah G. Walmart, Waynesville, NC (only location in the area) Saturday, May 27, around 10 AM.
