As a long-time loyal customer, I find it frustrating that despite my consistent attempts to reach out via email, I have not received any responses regarding my payment method. I encountered a strange incident where an order for red sneakers, which I did not place, was scheduled to be sent to someone in Ukraine. I am eager to continue making purchases, but it is concerning that my bank details are now required when there have been no previous issues with payments. I made a purchase on Wish on February 29, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of March 7th. Despite typical delays, the package never arrived. After receiving a FedEx notification that my address was not found, I contacted them, only to be told my information was incorrect. When cross-referencing the tracking number on Wish with the one on the FedEx card, they did not match. After multiple calls to FedEx, the package was supposedly put on the truck for delivery on the 8th, but it still did not arrive. Wish stated the item was on the truck, but I have yet to receive it. Despite reassurances from FedEx that the package would be delivered the next day, this has been an ongoing issue for five days. I am frustrated and simply want a refund, as I have never encountered this problem with Wish before.

I have been attempting to contact Wish multiple times without any response. Despite sending numerous emails, Wish has failed to address my issue or return the over $10,[redacted] I am owed. It is frustrating that Wish is not cooperating, and I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I have provided GetHuman with all the details and do not see any progress. It seems that I am constantly being prompted by Wish to provide a password and username, but I want to clarify that I don't have either because I never ordered anything from Wish. I was unaware of Wish until I noticed unauthorized charges totaling $10,[redacted].87 on my credit card within just a few days. I tried in vain to have all orders canceled before they were shipped, but Wish ignored my requests and proceeded with the shipments. Despite my pleas to halt the shipping process, Wish continued, prompting me to return every package to various locations. Wish assured me of a refund within 14 days, yet more than 60 days have passed, and I am still waiting. Wish is fully aware of the refund they owe me. I am left wondering if Wish engages in fraudulent activities and how many others have been affected. Perhaps a collective legal action is necessary to hold Wish accountable for their deceitful practices. I am exhausted and deeply affected by this experience with Wish.

Hello Wish, I have been trying to reach you regarding a refund for unauthorized charges on my AMX card that amounted to $10,[redacted].87 back in Nov & Dec [redacted]. Despite my repeated emails asking to cancel the orders and stop shipping, Wish continued to charge and send items. Each package was promptly returned unopened to the sender. I purchased some throw blankets, but received a message stating my order was canceled due to being too late to order. However, I believe the issue lies in the items not being removed from the shopping list on time, rather than my order being late. I bought these blankets without seeing any notice of a limit on quantity. As a frequent Wish shopper, I expect my order to be fulfilled as intended. The 5% discount promotion code, CGMQLCNJ, appears to have expired. New orders are not going through despite being confirmed 20 minutes ago. The order history is empty, customer service is unresponsive, and the FAQs are not helpful. None of the items purchased show a countdown timer. It's frustrating as the prices seen on the cell phone are not reflecting the final purchase price. Despite having a good internet connection on the cell phone, the system seems to have issues. I am disappointed with Wish because they failed to cancel my order and shipped it to the wrong address, resulting in $[redacted] wasted. I have been in contact with them multiple times since the day I placed the order, but there has been no effort from their end to locate or fix the issue. Despite providing the correct address when ordering, they still managed to mess up. This experience has been distressing, especially considering my sister's terminal illness. I received the wrong burner from Wish. I ordered a Blu-ray/4K/DVD burner, but this one doesn't even read Blu-ray discs. Additionally, the customer service response seemed robotic and didn't address my issue correctly. My order number is [redacted], and the item is a USB 3.0 External Blu-ray CD DVD Drive. I paid $29.00 for it and $12.00 for shipping. I want the correct product as I only received a regular DVD burner. I'll keep the DVD burner until I receive instructions from a supervisor regarding the exchange. Please send me the right item, preferably one that can play Blu-ray discs. My package was supposed to have been processed by the 22nd, but it hasn't been. I am frustrated and will contact the responsible party. This delay is unacceptable as I ordered a month ago. I have waited long enough and this situation is extremely disappointing. The shipping cost is excessive compared to the item's price. I will persist in expressing my dissatisfaction until my order arrives. I prefer speaking with an actual person instead of receiving automated responses. My experiences with Wish have been positive in the past, but this current delay is frustrating, especially since my order was placed before the China shutdown.

I have not received my order, but Klarna is demanding payment. I contacted them on 5/3/20 regarding the missing items including "HOUSEHOLD KITCHEN Toilet 5db98198a11aaf" and "Odd819c". The post office said it was returned to the sender. Klarna has invoiced me, but they have not responded yet. Now it's with a debt collection agency. Earlier in winter [redacted], you charged me €15 after a fire incident, Klarna demanded €19 again for items I never received. Also, I did not receive the [redacted] wardrobe luckily without being charged. Please clarify with the INKASSO COMPANY regarding the Kitchen set. Why do I have to pay for items I did not receive? I am having trouble matching the shipping number of a package I received on 3/20/20 to my orders. Additionally, I received two jackets on 3/21/20 that were both too small. I would like to return all items for wish cash and reorder the correct size. The jackets were opened, but not the first package. I had previously messaged about unknowingly installing your outdated app and believe the first item was ordered then. I would also like to return it for wish cash. Since all libraries are closed and I do not have a printer, I am unsure what to do next. I am requesting a refund for order number 5e3177abf68e0a83a3dc0e49 that was not credited back to my bank account or card. I plan to escalate this to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Additionally, I received two Huawei microSD cards with only 19MB when they were supposed to have 256MB. After three failed attempts to get a resolution, I have not been refunded or sent the correct cards. Today, March 26th, I processed an order that was in my cart. I used PayPal, and the transaction was automatic. After completing the purchase, I noticed that some items I had saved for later or put on my wish list were mistakenly included in the order, increasing the total amount significantly. I removed those items, placed a new order without the unwanted ones, and the total decreased to [redacted] euros. I've reviewed the return policy and understand that for recent orders, I can cancel and receive a refund. Unfortunately, the chat support was not able to assist me with this issue.
