I made a purchase on May 15, [redacted] for the LED waterproof Multi-Color Changing Lily Solar Flower Lights. The order included 1, 3 pack of purple, red, and white lights for $27.00 plus shipping. Upon checking the tracking information, I found that it was shipped on Oct. 25, [redacted], with an arrival date of Aug. 23, [redacted] - before it was even sent out. Despite this discrepancy, I was denied a refund because it was past the 30-day limit from the arrival date. These practices are misleading, and I demand an immediate refund. I will report this if necessary. I urge wish.com to address this promptly. Thank you.

I recently purchased a cell phone from the Home website. Despite not seeing a brand name initially, I was intrigued by its features. Upon arrival, I had to identify the brand by referencing a model number on the box, discovering it was a Huwai P20. Due to concerns about the brand's reputation, I contacted customer service requesting a refund as I was uncomfortable with it. After providing images as requested, they disputed the phone's authenticity, implying it was not the correct device. Further inspection by my phone carrier revealed prior ownership and mismatched details. I am frustrated by this situation, having paid over $60 for a product that seems dubious. I am simply seeking a full refund given the circumstances.

I urgently need a reply. Store DGDZDZS took 16 amounts totaling 5.32 from my account. I have reported this to the bank for fraudulent access and they have blocked orders from Wish. Despite contacting Wish Head Office and Customer Services, I have not received any response. I'm frustrated with the lack of help. 88.00 has been taken from my account for mask orders with individual postage charges. I want this order canceled, the money refunded, and the masks returned at no cost to me with a prepaid return label. I plan to cancel my Wish Account after this issue is resolved. Unlike Wish, Ebay and Amazon provide immediate assistance for issues. I hope to hear back from you soon.

I made a purchase on Wish on September 24, [redacted]. Unfortunately, six pairs of men's jeans I ordered didn't fit when they arrived on October 14. I requested a refund on October 20, while I was still waiting for more of my order. I returned all six items separately in the original packaging with return labels provided by Wish for each package. I then shipped them back in one box using USPS on October 26. The items reached Wish's facility on October 29. However, only one pair of jeans was refunded on the 30th, and the shipping was not fully refunded for that one item. The remaining five items weren't refunded. Despite returning the items, Wish keeps asking me to open a new return ticket for each one and refuses to look into the issue. They repeatedly request the tracking number from the return receipt, but even after providing it, they just refer me back to their refund policy. I've been trying to resolve this since November 1, but I keep getting the runaround, causing frustration as I am nearing the refund time limit.

I am reaching out to Wish regarding my order of a 3D rug with a skeleton face placed on 5/10/[redacted]. According to my Wish order history, it shows as delivered on 15/10/[redacted], but I have not received it. I live at 7 Coppice Road, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 7GR. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and the rug should be 80cm x 120cm. If there was a button indicating delivery confirmation pressed on my device, it was done in error as the rug hasn't arrived. This morning I placed an order for 3 or 4 items. When I received my statement, I was shocked to see it totaled over $[redacted] instead of the expected $60 including postage. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but I received an email tonight saying that it had been processed for the higher amount. Panicked, I called my credit card company only to find out that the charge had already been applied to my account. As a 78-year-old living on a fixed income from Old Age Security, I cannot afford this unexpected bill, especially with my health condition. Please, I am reaching out to request the removal of these charges from my credit card.

I recently contacted the carrier for the delivery, UPS Mail Innovations, who confirmed that the items have been classified as lost after checking the tracking information. I received my order #5f9b5522a[redacted]3a489810 in damaged condition. The package was damaged, and I have already sent photos to your support department on November 5th, the evening I received the item. I have not received a response from Wish yet. I am requesting a prompt response regarding either a refund or a replacement of the order free of charge. I recently received an i11 Pro cell phone as a gift, which I attempted to send to my husband. Unfortunately, it did not reach him. Subsequently, I deleted all the data on the i11 Pro, but now I am unable to access the phone to make or receive calls or check voicemail. I require the pin code to reset my device to address this issue, but regrettably, I do not have this information. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I ordered items to be picked up at the store to save on shipping costs. I used gift cards, and when there was a small balance left, I spent them at Walmart. The cashier then discarded the empty cards. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they insist on refunding the money to the original card and advise me to visit the bank. I explained the cards were gift cards and already disposed of. I asked if they could deduct the remaining balance from the cards and I would cover the shipping difference. I purchased a smartphone expecting it to be thin and have a 6.1-inch screen like the picture showed, but it lacked these features. When I tried turning it on, it briefly powered up then shut down, attempting to reboot in Chinese before ultimately failing to turn back on. I contacted Wish customer service, sent pictures, and requested a replacement instead of a refund. However, despite marking the issue as resolved on their end, it has been a month since I first reached out and have not heard from them since.

In September [redacted], I bought two items from two separate sellers, each with its tracking number. Unfortunately, I have not been able to track either package successfully. Despite my efforts to check the site and the seller, the transaction history only displays purchases from [redacted]. I need the tracking number for a welding hat and also for a free item, a cell phone holder. The last four digits of the card I used are [redacted], which is on the Wish Quick Order, or something similar. This information should be enough. However, your site is currently not operating as it should, and I am experiencing difficulty navigating it.

I am currently in Japan and attempted to contact your USA number, but I was directed to utilize the app's customer support instead, which hasn't been helpful. I encountered an issue while shopping yesterday when a pop-up promised an additional 5% discount if I checked out within 30 minutes, in addition to the promo code I already applied. Unfortunately, I did not receive the promised discount despite meeting the conditions. I reached out regarding this matter but have not received a response. The order processing has commenced without applying the 5% discount, which I find unethical and unfair. As a loyal customer, I expect the company to uphold its promises. I recently placed an order for a lifelike dog, scheduled for delivery between the end of November and December 5. I had placed another order three weeks ago for a dog and a bathroom set. The bathroom set order was canceled, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite liking Wish products and recommending them to friends and family, I am disappointed with the delays and lack of refund for the canceled item. I hope to resolve these issues promptly.
