I recently signed up for the $59 rewards promotion. When I tried to place an online order, the 20% offer didn't apply, so I deleted the order. After researching online, I found the code DEC2022, but it was not accepted when I tried again. When I called customer service, Olive was not very helpful and abruptly ended the call. I contacted my local Woolworths, and after 30 minutes, I discovered that the correct code is XDEC2022. It would be beneficial if the information online was accurate, and more details about the promotion were available on the rewards app. Apparently, an email with the code is sent out, but with the volume of emails I receive from Woolworths, it could easily be missed.

I contacted David and Elizabeth from the customer service department at Wethrill Park regarding an issue I experienced at the store. David promised to send a gift voucher worth $81.00 within two hours after our hour-long conversation ended around 3 pm. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the voucher at [redacted]

I purchased microwavable brown rice from Woolworths that was covered in mold. I have photos to show, but I am unable to attach them here. The rice was stored in my cabinet, so I'm unsure how mold developed since the packets were sealed. Initially, the top section seemed fine, so I started eating it, only to discover a compact blob of mold underneath. I poured it out to take photos, and it was unpleasant. I am now experiencing food poisoning, which is frustrating. I'm unsure if a refund or any resolution is possible, but I wanted to inform you of the issue. Thank you for your attention. - J.

Today, I visited Woolworths in Glen Waverley, Victoria. I noticed a 4-litre Farmer's Harvest sunflower oil with a yellow special tag for $16, but at the register, it scanned at $22. Despite there being multiple items with the incorrect price, the supervisor refused to honor it. Instead, she instructed the cashier to remove it from my transaction without asking me first. When the cashier inquired about my decision, I agreed to have it removed, but I felt disheartened by the supervisor's loud and unprofessional behavior. This experience was humiliating, and I do not plan to return to that Woolworths location.

I have a concern about the availability of gluten-free products at your store. There have been several instances when I cannot easily access a loaf of bread at my nearby Woolworths. It is challenging to find essential gluten-free products for my coeliac diet, even though Woolies claims to be a major sponsor of Coeliac Australia. Items I regularly consume are frequently out of stock. Today, when I tried to buy chia seeds from your Macro brand, the packaging now states they may contain gluten, unlike what is mentioned on your website about the white chia seeds. This inconsistency is frustrating, as I struggle to purchase everyday items that others can easily find.

I recently attempted to make the gingerbread crinkle cookies from your monthly recipe magazine, specifically the Christmas edition on page 38. Following the instructions, I found the mixture too runny to shape into balls, resembling more of a cake batter. I decided to add 3/4 cup of extra self-raising flour to achieve the right consistency for forming soft balls. Instead of coating them with more sugar, I rolled the balls in coconut as an alternative before baking. Despite my experience in cooking, the end result was disappointing with dry biscuits. I feel the recipe may have inaccuracies that led to this outcome. I tried reaching out via email to provide this feedback at [redacted] but encountered issues sending it. I hope to receive clarification on the correct ingredient proportions to avoid future mishaps. Thank you. - B.

Today on Australia Day, I visited Woolworths in Pialba to purchase a chicken and salad. I was disappointed to find no chickens available in the baymarie and only one in the hot deli area. When I asked the lady serving for that chicken, she informed me it was for her and more would be out in 10 minutes. Despite pointing out the time was already 12:45pm, I was denied the chicken as she wanted it before her shift ended. Feeling frustrated, I questioned her on the shift ending at 12:55pm, to which she firmly said no. Displeased with the interaction, we ended up going to Coles for our groceries. It would be helpful if your staff are reminded not to make such statements to customers, as it comes across as rude.

Hello, I recently reviewed my Cole's MasterCard statement and found a recurring charge of $15 on the 22nd of each month under the description "Woolworths Bella Vista." Could you please clarify this charge and stop it immediately? I participated in a delivery trial but only during the trial period. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] for the unauthorized payments deducted from my credit card since last June. I don't check my statements frequently, so I'm relieved to have caught this unauthorized charge. It's unfortunate for those who might miss such charges. This situation doesn't align with good customer service practices. Thank you, Debbie Dunn

I purchased the Woolworths 4 classic beef sausage rolls with poppy seed topping. I followed the cooking instructions on the cardboard sleeve, but they turned out extremely oily and fell apart. After draining the excess fat or oil, I tried transferring them to a new tray with baking paper as instructed, but they kept falling apart. I regret buying this product and would not recommend it to anyone. I only paid $7.11 instead of $9.00, but I am still dissatisfied with the quality. I would appreciate a refund for this unsatisfactory product.

I have left a Woolworths shopping cart on my nature strip for over one month. Despite contacting all nearby Woolworths stores and the customer complaints line, the cart remains. Another cart from Best Friends was promptly removed after I called. Unfortunately, the wheels have been taken off, making removal harder. The cart is at [redacted] Murray Rd Preston, on the corner of Murray Rd and Sapphire St, specifically on the Sapphire St. nature strip. Contact me at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] or [redacted] if you can help. Thank you, Daphne.

When visiting my local Woolworths at Phoenix Park in Spearwood, WA, I consistently encounter issues with bread availability, with 90% of the bread not stocked and a lack of Pane De Casa. Compared to other stores that are fully stocked and well-displayed, this particular location is disappointing. The fruit and vegetable section also often appears wilted and unappealing. I suggest the staff visit The Good Grocer to see how well their displays are maintained. On my most recent visit, there was even no milk available in the fridges which was frustrating. It is time for management to address these ongoing problems and improve the overall shopping experience at this store.

I recently purchased 3 (500g) packs of Heart Smart lean mince at Woolworths Kellyville for our family's favorite homemade hamburgers. I usually buy this every two weeks, as we have adult kids and 10 grandchildren who enjoy this meal. I have always found the meat to be fresh until the last purchase. After making rissoles with the meat I bought two weeks ago, I noticed an unpleasant taste when cooking and eating it. This was confirmed when my husband and I both experienced gastroenteritis after consuming it. I will have to discard the remaining rissoles in the freezer due to this issue, and I believe I should be reimbursed for the cost of the packs. I am disappointed by this experience and hope to receive a refund or store credit for the purchase. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Kathryn Woolley.

Today, I visited your Fairfield store to purchase 1 kg of fresh ricotta. The staff informed me they only had about [redacted] grams and suggested I come back tomorrow. This was at 8:30 am. It is frustrating and unacceptable to be out of stock first thing in the morning. Additionally, it's inconvenient when there are no cashiers available, and I'm forced to go to the express lane with more than 20 items. Coles in Fairfield always has cashiers present. I question the management of this supermarket, considering its size. It seems like there's a lack of consideration for customer needs. The service provided is disgraceful. Focus on improving service rather than solely profit. Customer service should be a priority in Australia, not neglected as in some third-world countries.

I recently bought a frying pan from Your Tuncurry (NSW) store, but unfortunately, the bottom was not level which caused liquids like oil to pool on the sides due to a raised middle. I returned it on Monday, September 25th, around 3 pm. The staff's attitude was unprofessional - one employee asked, "What do you expect me to do?" and another just smirked. I left the pan with them, feeling uneasy about the experience. Other customers witnessed the interaction and were equally shocked by their behavior. Margaret Mattiske

The Woolworths store in Ashwood, Victoria, used to be very user-friendly, especially for older customers like me. However, I was disappointed to see that the express lane has been removed. Yesterday, I had to wait in line at the enquiry counter and eventually gave up. This change has made the shopping experience frustrating. If this is not addressed, I will take my business elsewhere where both customers and staff are treated better. Unless this building layout change is reversed, I will not be shopping at Woolworths in Ashwood again. - Denys G. from Ashburton, [redacted]

I recently had renovation work done at your Ashwood store, and now I need it to be reversed to return it to a functional store. Please reinstall the express checkouts so that older customers can use them. If I receive a similar response as before, stating that I have not informed Woolworths (Australia) about how to resolve this issue, it will show me that you do not prioritize the needs of your loyal customers.
