I rented the movie "UP" on Friday, December 10, using my YouTube account. I initially tried to rent it on my smart TV, but I couldn't complete the transaction as I couldn't move past the rent or buy screen. I ended up renting the movie on my PC. When I tried to watch it on my smart TV, I had trouble logging into my account because my email isn't a Gmail account. I faced issues with email confirmations and password resets. It was challenging to log in with the correct email. Eventually, I had to rent the movie from Amazon to watch it on my smart TV. I am requesting a refund for the initial rental. It would be helpful if the code for logging into accounts could be made simpler. I prefer not to use a Gmail ID for all my accounts. Please inform me once the refund has been processed. Thank you. I noticed multiple unauthorized charges of $5 and $0.45 on my card for a service I never signed up for. This has occurred more than once, and I would like a refund to be issued as soon as possible. I find it unacceptable to have funds deducted from my account without consent, especially since I am on a fixed budget due to being disabled. Please refund the money promptly to avoid legal action.

I recently received a call from mobile number [redacted], where an individual claiming to be a youtuber named Hemant Malhotra from the Delhi branch is demanding Rs11000 from me. He threatened to post a compromising video of me on YouTube if I do not comply. This seems like a clear case of blackmail. I am concerned and wondering if anyone can upload such content on YouTube without any control measures in place. I am seeking advice on how to handle this situation promptly.

Hello, I am having an issue with the autoplay feature on Youtube. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G and a Youtube Premium account. Despite having autoplay enabled in the settings on my mobile, I cannot find the autoplay option. Strangely, the autoplay option has also disappeared from my PC simultaneously. When I log out of my account on both platforms, the autoplay option reappears. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps to bring back the option, but so far, nothing has been successful.

Thousands of users, including myself, who used to leave insightful comments on YouTube videos are suddenly unable to comment at all. We are all wondering why this happened, when it started, why it's occurring, and how to resolve it. I am seeking clear explanations, preferably in English text rather than through videos. The main question remains: how can I regain the ability to comment on videos as I have done for many years?

I have been charged $64.99 by YouTube every month since March of this year. I was homeless back in March [redacted], so there is no way I would have requested this deduction from my account. I do not use YouTube and do not know how to navigate the platform. I would appreciate a full refund from the company and request to stop any future charges. Please reach out to discuss this further. These individuals - Lizzy B Savage, Benny Keys, and [redacted] Chase also known as Brad Wishon - have engaged in harmful behavior including doxing, spreading lies to family members, and causing emotional distress to the point of suicidal thoughts. It is crucial to stop them before a tragic event occurs. Benny Keys has resurfaced on YouTube, repeating his past actions leading to concerns, along with the scams perpetrated by all three. They have encouraged their followers to mass flag content, creating a dangerous environment for content creators. There are reports of people trespassing on creators' properties, putting their families at risk. Urgent intervention is needed to address these issues and ensure the safety of the creators and their loved ones.

We began using Youtube with one account registered under my husband's name. A few months back, we encountered a billing problem, which led to the account becoming inaccessible. Subsequently, I created a new account under my name. However, we have been receiving charges for both accounts since the initial issue occurred. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified by consolidating the billing under my account and issuing a credit for the months when both accounts were active under my husband's name.

I'm experiencing an issue where the updates to my account information and "about" section are not reflecting correctly. Despite saving the changes successfully on my end, the displayed name remains the old one, Andrea Falcinelli, instead of the updated DAFI Protocol TV. This discrepancy is visible to others viewing the account, while I can see the changes made. The new name and logo appear correctly on the linked Google account. I am an administrator for the Mercer global channel and our email is [redacted] As part of brand management, we need to access the Mercer NZ account. We contacted the team in charge and received a verification code to log in, but upon trying to access YouTube Studio, we were prompted for another verification code that was sent to a different phone number. We are currently unable to use the correct phone number to gain access to the account. Our goal is to retrieve the videos and ultimately close down the old channel. I am seeking assistance in reinstating my YouTube channel, which was recently terminated for what I believe to be misunderstandings. I recently signed up for a free trial but needed to cancel before the end of the month as I wasn't using the service as much as I had hoped. I couldn't find a way to stop the subscription, so I asked my son, a web developer, to assist me. After thorough checks on my account, he couldn't locate the cancellation option or confirm the status. He searched extensively on my computer. Upon reviewing our expenses for tax purposes, my husband noticed charges for YouTube Premium every month since August. At 65 years old, I am vigilant about managing finances wisely. I am currently unable to access 3 of my Gmail accounts. I suspected a security breach, so I changed the passwords for my main account and backup account. The main account is tied to our YouTube family plan costing $17.99 monthly. To address the issue, I created a new account and family group to use the YouTube family plan. Regrettably, I have inadvertently been billed twice through my ATT plan, which handles app purchases. Additionally, I just realized I have been charged for the previous Gmail/YouTube premium family plan over the past 3 months. This has led to me losing access to photos, contacts, emails, and services like Netflix. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance over the phone.

About a month ago, I signed up for a one-month trial of YouTube Premium. When I realized it was charged to my card despite my attempt to cancel, I investigated further. Upon accessing my account, it still displayed a premium membership with an option to "deactivate." After choosing to deactivate, a prompt suggested pausing the subscription for up to 6 months, which I declined, selecting "cancel" instead. Despite confirming the cancellation, I was looped back to the deactivate option. I request assistance to cancel my subscription as the system appears to be malfunctioning. I prefer to revert to the free account and seek a refund for the $10.83 charged on Dec 14. Thank you. - D.S.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my YouTube channel "Vidiyal & Thenaimaram" since I am unable to access my email after resetting my phone. The email associated with the account is [redacted] The issue arose when I unintentionally uploaded a school student's drama video without parental consent, causing distress among the parents and my school's management. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, I have not received any response. I respectfully ask for guidance on how to delete the channel and all its content to resolve this pressing matter. I struggle with OCD and mental health challenges, making it difficult to upload my latest video on Youtube. The daily limit is causing issues, as I have to wait a full day just to upload a 1-minute video. Could you please consider removing this limit? It doesn't seem fair to restrict me when the video isn't even fully uploaded yet, especially as I'm still working on the drafting phase.

My colleague utilizes YouTube for work purposes and consistently pays for the subscription. Today, YouTube unexpectedly blocked his access, claiming he was short by $0.40. This action seems unprofessional from such a large corporation. I disagree with the idea of paying $10 for a $0.40 discrepancy. Is this a strategy to extract more money from hard-working taxpayers like us? Approximately [redacted] of my colleagues are now aware of this problem, and it's beginning to draw attention. We hope to resolve this matter locally, but the more it circulates, the more likely it will escalate to higher management levels.
