I recently placed an order for Christmas cards under Order #[redacted]2-[redacted], but I received someone else's order instead. It is urgent that I receive my cards promptly so that I can mail them out in time for Christmas. Could you kindly provide a shipping label for me to return the incorrect order? I would also appreciate an update on the status of my original order. My details are as follows: Lynne Gaylor, [redacted] Forest Drive, Clearfield, PA [redacted]. The cards I received belong to The Motto Family at 81 W. Bayberry Rd, Slip, NY [redacted]. If necessary, I can forward these to them if the shipping costs are covered, although ideally, this should be sorted out by the company. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I received the shirts I ordered, and I like them a lot. However, I'm very disappointed in the sizing. Typically, I wear a size 2-4 petite women's, so I ordered a small. Unfortunately, I can barely get into the shirt. I'm worried it might shrink when I wash it. I may have to give it to my granddaughter. The children's shirts I ordered seem true to size, but I'm concerned about the medium, large, and X-large adult shirts I ordered for my family. Regarding this purchase: Order ID: [redacted]0-[redacted] Date of Purchase: December 4, [redacted] The customer's name is R. J. Wedding programs were ordered for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, the programs were printed incorrectly, with spacing issues and a lower quality than expected based on the proofs. The customer is dissatisfied and is requesting a complete refund due to having to reorder new programs just days before the wedding.

I purchased return labels, RSVP cards, and placement cards on August 11, [redacted]. While I promptly received the RSVP cards and placement cards, I have encountered multiple emails with varying delivery dates. As my invitations rely on the return labels, I find myself needing to refund my purchase due to being left with no choice but to handwrite the details. My order for these items was made simultaneously and the split delivery causing delays is not acceptable. Despite opting for expedited shipping given the proximity of the event date, the three-week expedited shipping timeline is unreasonable.

Hello, I purchased 5 mason jars with handles from Fartsy in RC. The order was supposed to be delivered by 5/24/23. I need them for a baby shower I am hosting this Saturday, 6/6/23, at 11 am as centerpieces. All my other items have arrived except for this order, and I am worried it may be lost. I am a new creator on Zazzle and recently ordered a T-shirt to assess its quality. Upon receiving the package that was undamaged, I noticed a strong, odd odor and discovered the T-shirt was damp. The packaging included a wet card promoting Zazzle sales. The liquid present seems food or drink-related. The T-shirt, a two XL black shirt from my collection with a sunflower design, is soaked in this smelly liquid. Name: S. Hello, I reside in France. On October 3rd, I placed an order on your website for business cards. I made the payment, but I never received a confirmation email. However, the amount was deducted from my bank account by Zazzle Ireland. When I checked the French Zazzle website, I couldn't find my order, and the same was the case on the Irish Zazzle Ireland website. Could you provide more information?
