I subscribed for 6 months and disabled auto-renewal. I was charged $[redacted].00 on Nov 20 & 25, despite minimal usage as evidenced by my login history. I attempted to stop the Nov 20 charge and filed a dispute through PayPal. Unfortunately, eharmony was unable to assist since I couldn't access my account. PayPal has been billed $[redacted].00 for a service I only used for 1 or 2 months out of the 6 I paid for. I am seeking a refund for everything except the initial $[redacted].00 payment.

While signing up for a membership, I mistakenly switched my payment method midway through the process from my First Choice Community Credit Union Debit Card to my Mastercard which caused issues. Subsequently, five transactions on my debit card were declined, but the payment for the 6-month membership did go through using my Mastercard as originally planned. I have no intention of making any further payments through my First Choice Community Debit Card, and I will be cancelling my eharmony membership before it renews in June to avoid any future charges on my Mastercard. Kindly confirm that future billing will not occur on my debit card. Thank you.

I recently attempted to update the name on my account from Christine to Sweet and Sassy. Many users seem to use nicknames for safety and comfort reasons. Although I successfully changed the name, I noticed a red dot next to it. The pictures I added initially had a similar red dot, but that issue was resolved. I am still receiving messages that incorrectly address me as Christine. To address this, I have temporarily hidden my profile. I would appreciate any assistance in ensuring my updated name is accurately reflected across my account. Thank you.

I have been using various dating sites, including eHarmony, for several years and unfortunately have fallen victim to scams. Another person expressed gratitude for a post on GetHuman that prevented them from falling victim to this conman on eHarmony last January. He now operates from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, misleading others by posing as an ex-SAS officer or working for the Australian Federal Police. Renowned as Vincent Mercer, his real identity traces back to Mauro Emilio Pennini, known for illegal activities leading to imprisonment and subsequent deportation from the USA. This warning seeks to protect other women from his deceitful schemes and urges caution to anyone who might encounter him online.

I can confirm that he is a professional con artist and hacker. During my year-long relationship with him, I discovered through various sources that his real name is Mauro Emilio Pennini, with firearms records in the US and Australia. He currently resides in Harrow. Beware of his false claims of being ex-UK Special Forces, MI6, or working in security industries. It's essential to warn other women about him to prevent falling for his deceitful ways. I recently came across a post on GetHuman warning about Vincent Mercer, and it was eye-opening. This conman was active on eHarmony in January **** and now resides in Queensland, Australia, on the Sunshine Coast. He fabricates stories about being ex-SAS and working for the Australian Federal Police on terrorism threats. Please be cautious and steer clear of him if you encounter him online. Regarding his legal history, Mauro Emilio Pennini has a troubling past, including imprisonment in the US for firearms violations and subsequent deportation. His name change to Mercer can be verified by searching the Australian ABN ** *** *** ***. While in a relationship with me, he deceitfully obtained a significant sum of money and engaged with other women online simultaneously. Unfortunately, my MasterCard was cancelled, so I couldn't access to cancel my eHarmony subscription on 23rd February. When I was renewing my MasterCard, I realized that eHarmony had charged for a subscription that I cannot afford right now. I canceled my subscription three days ago, yet I noticed I was still charged on 3/22/[redacted]. I am also worried about the monthly fee of $[redacted], which I did not agree to. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and I would like the charges to be examined and refunded back to me. I have informed my bank to stop any payments to eHarmony moving forward. I canceled my Eharmony subscription a month ago, effective on 3/3/[redacted]. Yesterday, however, I noticed a pending charge of $77.70 from Eharmony. Despite attempting to resolve this issue online, I was informed that Eharmony will not issue a refund but will only end my subscription in June [redacted]. All the phone numbers I found online to contact Eharmony have been ineffective. I plan to dispute the charge once it is no longer pending since I canceled my subscription a month ago. I kindly request a phone call from a Eharmony customer service representative at my number [redacted] to address and resolve this matter promptly. I prefer to handle this over the phone rather than through emails.

Upon signing up, the $95 monthly renewal fee was unexpected to me. I have not utilized the service to reach out to anyone and recently discovered I am being charged monthly, not every six months or annually. I kindly request a refund since I have not made use of the service during my subscription. If there has been an error in the pricing, and the actual cost is not $95 per month, I would greatly appreciate a refund if feasible. After making the payment, I received a message suspending my profile, which I believe is an unfair practice.
