I purchased 2 skirts for my wife, but despite receiving an email saying they were delivered, they never arrived. The items were sent separately, and both have gone missing. The expected delivery time has lapsed, and I am eager to receive them as my wife has a disability and really needs them. The order number for one of the skirts is [redacted], but unfortunately, I do not have the other one at hand. We have been loyal customers of Macy's for years, and this is the first time we've encountered such an issue. I have been struggling to find assistance, and this is my final attempt. I am writing about the Macy's store in Philadelphia, PA, located at 13th and Market Streets. I am concerned about the situation in the ladies' bathroom. A few years ago, a lady was assaulted in the bathroom, leading to the implementation of attendants to monitor the entrance or provide a code for access. Recently, there have been instances where no attendants were present and the code was freely given out. I spoke to the manager today, December 27th, [redacted], expressing my concerns. However, the manager mentioned that Macy's is not obliged to provide a restroom, only a courtesy, due to staffing issues and other ongoing store activities. This response was distressing, and I fear for the safety of women using the restroom. I urge Macy's to address this situation promptly to prevent any further incidents or consider closing the restroom entirely. It is vital for Macy's to prioritize customer safety over merchandise to maintain customer trust and loyalty.

Subject: Quality Concern with Slipper Purchase Hello, I hope this email finds you well. I have been trying to reach out since 12/15/22 regarding an issue with a recent purchase I made. On 11/19/22, I bought a pair of slippers, and unfortunately, within just a couple of weeks, the quality has deteriorated significantly. The soles are wearing down, and the furry component is shedding, leaving debris all over my floors. I have attached the receipt and photos of the product for your reference. I attempted to exchange the slippers at the store located within Lakeside Mall in Metairie, LA, but I was informed that they do not carry the same brand, and I no longer have the original packaging. Since I only wear these slippers indoors, I believe this rapid deterioration may be due to poor workmanship. I would appreciate it if I could either exchange the slippers for a new pair or receive a full refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

He exudes professionalism and fulfills his duties with a pleasant demeanor. I suspect he may hold a managerial position given his exceptional conduct. It's refreshing to see an employee who truly understands the essence of customer service. Despite not knowing his name, his well-groomed appearance and impeccable attire were noteworthy. I purchased a nightgown online and received it a couple of weeks ago, but I want to return it now. Unfortunately, my printer is not working, so I cannot print the receipt. I have the nightgown, its case, and the mailer it arrived in. Can I return the nightgown without the receipt to avoid any inconvenience when I go to the store? My charge card was recently stolen and has been cancelled. I'm still waiting for a replacement card. Should I provide the salesperson with my old card to ensure the numbers match? I accidentally paid twice for earrings I have yet to receive. I made an online purchase and received multiple emails stating the order was ready for pick up at Oakbrook Macy's. Despite visiting the store three times, the earrings were not there. Customer service at Macy's in Oakbrook did not help. After speaking with a Macy's representative over the phone, he started the process of reordering the earrings at the sale price. However, I was charged again for the same earrings. He assured me that the items would be expedited, but I have not received any updates via email or mail since December 30, [redacted]. I am still waiting for the earrings, which were supposed to be here by now. Macy's has already charged me over $[redacted] for the missing earrings.

I made an order last night which included various discounted Frango items. However, I was informed today that the 15-piece box of dark mints was canceled due to being out of stock. Upon checking Macy's website, I noticed the item is in stock, but the price has been altered. I am frustrated by this situation. I still wish to receive the box of chocolates, but I strongly believe I should not have to pay additional shipping costs as it was initially included in my original purchase. Kindly send me the currently available box at the listed price of $4.99 as originally advertised, and not the new price of $5.99.

To whom it may concern, I hope this message reaches you in good health. I am Elise Bilali. Yesterday around 8 PM, I placed an order for a total of $[redacted], but I have not received an email receipt or a confirmation number. Despite calling this morning for assistance, I was not helped properly. An associate mentioned a possible card issue preventing the confirmation number from being sent and transferred me to another agency. Agent Seraphine, to whom I was transferred, claimed not to see my order, even though their coworker could. Unfortunately, the call ended abruptly. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding this issue. I have been a loyal Macy's customer for a long time. I eagerly await your response.

I received paper checks from Macy's as reimbursement for an overpayment. They issued a "credit check" that can supposedly be used for anything. I've been having trouble using these checks for purchases, and I am specifically looking to buy shutters for my new house. Macy's mentioned that the store manager can process this but I haven't heard anything yet. I suggest that Macy's convert these paper checks to plastic to make them easier to use. I'm eager to hear back from Macy's and get this resolved promptly. All they need to do is transfer the credit to a plastic card for me to use towards the window shutters I need to purchase. I placed an order with Macy's online, but unfortunately, most of my items were not delivered. I have contacted Macy's multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. It seems like UPS and FedEx, who were responsible for the delivery, had seasonal workers who incorrectly delivered packages to various addresses, sometimes even to dirt roads falsely claiming they were delivered. Due to the poor delivery service, I am planning to shop in-store from now on. I have requested a refund due to my frustrating phone conversations with representatives. I purchased a gown with order number [redacted] on 2/8/23 for $79.19, half price on sale. However, upon opening the package, I noticed a strong underarm odor as if the gown had been worn multiple times. This is unacceptable, especially from Macy's. As a longstanding platinum member and customer of over 45 years, I am very disappointed. I attempted to order another one, but they are out of stock, leaving me without a dress for my special occasion. I am hesitant to clean it as there is no guarantee the smell will go away. I also tried contacting customer service over the phone without success, making this experience even more unpleasant. I hope incidents like this can be avoided in the future.

I recently ordered a pair of jade earrings for my wife. Unfortunately, the order was shipped using UPS SurePost for the first part and was meant to be delivered by USPS as the second half of the delivery process. Regrettably, the package was received by USPS but was not forwarded as they claimed there was insufficient postage and subsequently destroyed the package. After contacting Macy's, they agreed to send another shipment, ensuring it would be delivered to my P.O. Box due to mail theft concerns at my home address. However, to my dismay, the second shipment was also sent to my home address and met the same fate of being destroyed by the Postmaster. Despite my pleas, Macy's has not issued a credit to my Macy's charge account, and the charges for the two shipments totaling $[redacted].00 are still showing on my account to this date.

I recently made a purchase using Klarna and my package arrived earlier than expected. However, I never received the item. After contacting Klarna, they informed me that I have a valid complaint and should not be charged for an undelivered package. I reached out to Macy's on February 13, [redacted] to request an investigation. I suggested having the item sent to their Herald Square location for me to pick up or to have it resent without changing the delivery date. I received an email from Klarna today requesting me to answer some questions. The first representative put me on hold and never returned, while the second representative seemed to have a language barrier and background noise made it difficult to communicate. Bonjour, Je suis française et j'ai effectué des achats sur un site de Macy's (portant le même nom et le même logo) après avoir vu une offre promotionnelle sur Facebook. J'ai passé ma commande le 19 février et elle aurait dû arriver fin février. À ce jour, je n'ai toujours rien reçu, et tous les emails de confirmation de commande et de paiement par carte de crédit (47,68€/50,59 USD) ont disparu de ma boîte mail... Je ne trouve plus aucune trace de ma commande, excepté le paiement par carte de crédit. Je vais attendre jusqu'au 15 mars et ensuite je préviendrai ma banque de cette possible fraude. The agent mentioned that the Mattress Department at Macy's Exton, Pa would reach out to me with more details. However, I missed a call from them and am unable to find their direct extension. I have encountered difficulties being transferred on multiple occasions. Following the passing of my husband, I contacted to discuss two refunds, only to have the card canceled abruptly, instructing me to call back. Despite my efforts to resolve this, one refund could be processed by the probate department, but the other was not visible. They advised contacting Macys to address the remaining refund. Macys representatives have not been attentive and quickly redirect the conversation. I find myself repeating my concerns and being transferred multiple times, only to have the connection lost. I hold a Macy's credit card, but I haven't received a bill in months. Upon visiting the store, I was informed that my card has been canceled. I wish to settle my outstanding balance for my Christmas purchases, yet despite multiple attempts, contacting Macy's has proven to be challenging. I have been transferred between departments, and Citi Recovery was unable to assist me. I am seeking assistance in speaking with a live representative who can provide me with the amount owing.
