Macy's took over for Rich's Department Store when it closed on 3/6/[redacted]. I bought a wedding ring at Rich's on 01/01/[redacted] that had a Lifetime guarantee. Unfortunately, one of the diamond stones has fallen out. I'd like to know if Macy's now honors Rich's guarantee or if there are suggestions on how to still get it honored. Thank you. June S.

I was browsing YouTube this morning and came across a video titled "Macy's closeout" showcasing a Cameron Noble chair with a dramatic markdown from $[redacted].00 to $34.00. After researching, I found the same chair at furniture retailers for over $[redacted].00. Intrigued, I clicked on the YouTube channel, Rainddrizz, advertising the deal. I recently visited Macy's in Massapequa, NY to return an online order without a paper receipt, just had the information on my phone. Unfortunately, their computer system for processing returns without a receipt was not working during my visit. After returning to work, I tried calling the store 14 times to check if the issue was resolved, but no one answered the phone. The lack of customer service and operational functionality was disappointing. I believe staff should start the registers at least 30 minutes before the store opens at 11:00 am. Additionally, the overall employment situation, reflected in both the store's response and unresponsive unemployment helpline, is concerning. I hope for better service in the future. Thank you.

I observed the floor manager's behavior towards the employees in the women's department at the Mall in Salem, NH today. It was concerning. A manager should not give orders or speak disrespectfully to their employees. I do not know his name, but I felt the need to comment on what I saw. Finding help can be challenging, so my intention is not to get him in trouble but to bring awareness to how he interacted with his staff.

I recently purchased 4 pairs of shoes and 3 bras from Macy's. Upon receiving only one box on June 03 containing 2 bras and 2 pairs of shoes, I noticed that one pair of shoes and a bra were missing. The online delivery site also confirms the missing items. Additionally, the amount charged was less than expected, raising concerns about the discrepancy. I observed that the third pair of shoes shows as shipped and delivered online. I would appreciate it if you could check on the status of these missing items from my order. Thank you.

I had an item on hold for pick-up, but I decided not to go through with it. Customer service informed me that if I didn't pick it up by a specific date, the merchandise would be returned and the credit issued. However, on 6/14/23, someone else picked up my order without presenting any ID. I did not authorize anyone else to collect it, so I am concerned about this incident. I purchased 6 sets of the Hotel Towel Collection, but only received 5 sets. The package had the number 5 on it. I contacted Macy's customer service at [redacted], was assured the missing set would be sent, and should have received an email confirmation within 24 hours. Despite not getting the email and finding no reference to the set in my online account, I recall a similar instance in [redacted] where a towel set was missing due to an order error. On that occasion, the missing $90 set was never received, leading me to abandon the pursuit of a resolution. However, this time, I am determined to obtain the missing set I paid for.

I ordered 6 towel sets, but only 5 were delivered on 6/19/23. I've contacted Macy's customer service twice, and each time they assured me they would send a replacement set. However, I haven't received the email confirmation they promised, and when I inquired about the tracking number provided (Reservation # [redacted]1), UPS informed me they have no record of it. I feel like I'm being misled, and my next course of action may involve reporting this as a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company.

I recently returned some items that were gifted to me by my mom that had return labels attached. During the return process, the first service representative was going to provide me with a return credit of only $[redacted] for items totaling $[redacted]. Dissatisfied, I requested for another representative to assist. The second lady assured me of a full refund in the form of store credit that I would receive immediately on a store credit card. However, when I checked later, I found that I only received half the amount for some items and 50% of the original price for the other two items. I now seek advice on how to obtain the full refund as intended, with only a receipt and gift card in my possession. I wish to have the store credit reflect the full purchase price for all items returned as initially agreed upon.

I purchased a pan set, mixer, and other items, such as a 22-piece set for $24.99 and a cake mixer. Due to my work schedule, I provided my work address, [redacted] Bristol St, for delivery instead of my home address. However, when the package did not arrive, I contacted the company via email. They assured me the package was on its way, but it ended up being sent to my home address, resulting in it being returned. I apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding.

I placed an order for a Cat Casual Style Handbag from ChicRos on June 19th. The charge of $32.13 appears on my Macy's American Express bill labeled as OCEANPAYMENT*CHICROS from HK. Unfortunately, I haven't received the handbag yet. The confirmation email I got didn't include any contact information. Macy’s in El Paso, Texas is facing a serious issue with a cat infestation at the upper level entrance. Last Saturday, I counted at least 12 cats in the area, and the smell of urine and feces is quite strong upon entering the store. I brought this up with customer service, and they suspect that employees might be feeding these cats, which is not a good practice. This situation is not safe for employees or customers, especially since it is near the main entrance and the customer service counter. It's crucial to address this promptly to prevent the cats from multiplying further. Perhaps we can reach out to local animal shelters or rescue organizations for assistance in finding these cats a suitable home.

On July 7th, I bought a pair of shoes which arrived on the 13th. On the 14th, I returned them because they were too big. I ordered another pair, and the lady who helped me said they would call me when they were going to arrive. Every time I call, I get a different response. They keep saying the shoes will arrive, but they never do, or that they will refund me, which I haven't received either. I need them to refund my money because after waiting for so long, I no longer want the shoes. I will never buy anything from that store again, or any store associated with it.
